  Après un 1er séjour de 2 jours, ma chambre "de luxe" a été "up- gradée pour mon 2e passage tout en conservant le même prix. J'ai été absolument ravie et impressionnée par le magnifique "appartement" luxueux qui m'a été proposé, de nouveau avec une baignoire avec vue sur la ville, un très beau décors, un salon séparé, très grand confort. Petit-déjeuner avec terrasse ouverte - Hotel très bien situé, on peut aller à pied au jardin YuYuan, à la promenade sur le Bund, puis au People's Square aussi. Personnel très gentil et parlant bien anglais.   Stuff are professionals. They know how to deal with Guests . Le Meridian is choosing them Very Carefully. I respect that. Location is the best for everything. You will enjoy Shanghai . Facilities are kind of okay . they can make more. Very cooperating stuff, they will do whatever you want. they treat you like a VIP member. Right in the middle of the city, on the famous pedestrian street nanjing road and next to people's park. Very easy axess to metro lines. Breakfast was rich and the service was exellent. I need to mention our great view from our room on the 37th floor as well.

  I loved the size of the room. 52sq. Meters. The bed was huge, which was great for us as the whole family fitted in. Sherpa's deliver there. A big plus for us as we can't go out with the children to eat in the evening. Their own restaurant was being renovated so breakfast was served in the adjoining cafe. The staff spoke great English and were always polite and - A truely different place.My room was spacious and clean. The service without a fault, the internet reliable and fast. The location can't be any better - everything walking distance or short inexpensive taxi ride. Lot's of old Shanghai nearby to explore by walking. I will be back !!

  Great and wonderful staff. Big big felicitation. They have been always smiling and so much helpful anytime my family and I need help. They did make our stays so relaxed and comfortable. Pillow and covers are so wonderful. Romantic architectural design, peaceful and nice walking every mornings and late afternoons around. So quiet and calming adorab - Staff were extremely helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Even when we turned up early. They made us comfortable until room was ready. Very helpful about where to go in city and assisted us with getting the best out of our last day. Breakfast was also wonderful there. In fact one of the best 5 star hotels I have stayed in.

  Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was so spacious. The shower was huge and had fantastic water pressure. - Loved the big comfy bed, it was close to the main train station for our departure and the breakfast was superb.

  Nice hotel with good rooms and good beds. Very good to stay at if you are planning to fly the next morning. The free shutte bus will just take 5 minutes to the airport. In some way you get the feeling that this hotel has an American or European manager. It is the only hotel I have been to in China that is running like a normal western hotel. Room was very comfortable and well kitted out with kettle and variety of toiletries. There is a treadmill on site, free and fast Internet, and free shuttle that goes to the airport regularly. Lifts are very quick despite 9 floors of rooms. Doormen are excellent at helping ith cabs if you can't speak Chinese.
