  I was looking for a hotel with historical character, reasonable prices and a convenient location. Marvel provided all of these. The building certainly has a special historical charm, but the rooms are functionally modern. To my pleasure, there was very little traffic noise, despite being on a very busy street.   The hotel is very well located downtown, at a walking distance of many attractions. Rooms are clean and confortable. Staff is professional and efficient.Our room was supposed to be located at a lower floor but we asked for a quiet room and we have been upgraded to the 7th floor.
