酒店员工的服务很好，因为外出没有带笔记本所以借用大堂的电脑打印加扫描了好几次都没有怨言，很乐意帮助我们。房间很宽敞，喜欢这种半自助的房间，可以自己煮点宵夜，还有家用冰箱。如果有时间，我愿意在这里呆上一个月，慢慢领略上海。 -
房间蛮大的，在我们预定的房型没有以后主动给我们升级。
我们下午三点多才退房，没有收我们半天的房钱，觉得还满贴心的。

The hotel is perfectly located, close to the pedestrian street and public transport, but far enough to not get any noise from it. Lobby is grand, and the open restaurant is excellent, get the grilled salmon for lunch! Gym facilities and pool is fantastic, lots of space and good equipment. I stayed here twice. The hotel is close to the train station - People's Square, exit 14. It's in walking distance to East Nanjing Rd without all the noise. You can also walk to the Bund really easily.
The staff are super friendly and speak English well. Breakfast was ok-good as it was included, no complaints there.

interior design from the lobby to the reception to the restaurants and
especially the rooms is outstanding.
The staff were very helpful and eager to serve in whatever way they can. From helping to arrange sightseeing tours or mapping out places to go, or picking up a taxi.
The staff spoke very good english, especially the concierge.
