  Everything at Reflections was fantastic. Margaret and Doug were delightful and friendly hosts, a wealth of knowledge about the area and nothing was too much trouble. Dougs knowledge of the local area made taking his tour that he offers one of the most interesting and enjoyable ways to spend a few hours,

  I love that the adult pool is separate from the main pool. It is such a great concept that luxury hotels should embrace. The rooms are comfortable with everything you need, the staff are accommodating, polite and a credit to the management of this long standing hotel.   The reception staff were particularly helpful. They were offering all kinds of help before we had even asked for it.This included making bookings for day trips , flights etc., and for caring for our luggage while we were away for a few days. We were welcomed warmly by Steve and our room was changed to be nearer to our family coming in from the bush. The accommodation was great and well serviced. Being associated with nearby Matso's was a bonus. We could walk or catch the bus to town, the markets, the Museum and Cable Beach. We got the regular shuttle to the airport.   We were greeted in a friendly manner and because we had arrived in Broome early we were still able to book in, thankfully. We liked the accessibility to the city area by being able to walk there. When I found the air-con out of order in that room, they happily moved me again.   Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room was well appointed. We stayed in the same room for two nights and then eight nights separated by a 12 day Kimberley camping Safari.
