  This is what we updated recently in the Trip Advisor... Sometimes things don't go according to plan. At the back end of our wedding anniversary cruise we were booked for three days at the Fierro Hotel in Buenos Ares. A couple of days before the end of the cruise, we received an email message saying that the hotel had somehow inadvertently double b... 别人怎么说 » ooked our first day. Not good news, but already the manager had worked on the recovery plan: booked us into a nearby equivalent hotel and offered to c - We loved this hotel!! Highlights for us were the valuable local knowledge the staff provided (especially Victoria), the bed and size of the room, the rooftop pool (this seems to be a rare treat at BA hotels), and lastly the best meal we had the entire trip was at the HG restaurant underneath the hotel. We only have great things to say of this hotel and would definitely return if we are ever again in BA. We also found the fierro blog Insidebuenosaires.com full of the best advise for things to do

  The desk staff were the best- very friendly, knowledgeable, excellent English language, and willing to help out (especially Roberto, Carlos and Raquel). Good location (Palermo - safe area), excellent staff and really nice rooms. We arrived at 7 am after a very long flight and got our rooms 8 hours before normal check-in time. They arrange transfer to/from airport for a decent rate, give nice tips for tango and sightseeing. Very friendly staff! Breakfast was also good.

  The staff was super friendly and helpful. But my favorite part of the hotel has to be the bed. It was ridiculously comfortable that my husband and I could sleep in till 2:30pm everyday! It was like sleeping on a cloud! The breakfast also served freshly-squeezed orange juice, which was a nice touch.

  Scala was a wonderful place to stay, the staff was warm and friendly and accommodating to our poorly-spoken Spanish. The price through letsbookhotel.com was unbelievably inexpensive for the high caliber and lovely accommodations we had. We used Scala in Buenos Aires as a jumping point between the cities we travelled and so stayed there on 3 diffe... 别人怎么说 » rent occasions within a 2 1/2 week period, and each time it was like coming home. The rooms were clean and had every amenity you could want. We highly - The room and bathroom were both large. The room had french doors opening to a view over the city and the Scala outdoor patio below. The room had a table and two chairs. There are many restaurants very close to the hotel so you don't have to travel far (especially when dinner isn't until 9 pm or later). The subway is only a block away. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

  The staff was very accommodating and helpful, and they were able to speak and understand english. Also, location, location, location! I enjoyed the view of the Recoleta Cemetery from our balcony.
