  The staff went out of their way to make my stay fun. They gave good restaurant tips and helped me book other travels . They spoke good English , I speak little Spanish . The suite we were in, 5A (best to be in an A suite as opposed to a B suite as high as possible in the building - there are two suites per floor) was spacious, clean, comfortable, totally functional, and well serviced daily. It provided everything we needed for a five day stay in BA and, at US$875 for 5 nights, including 21% VAT, is very good value. The front desk reception is staffed 24/7 by very polite and knowledgeable staff.
