  We first of all loved the cleanliness, the staff was very welcoming, the computers and the laundry were very helpful, the overall trip was just great, we were very comfortable. - Everything was new. Staff was friendly. Nice decor. Loved the indoor hot tube. Easy access to 101. Close to Downtown and local eateries.

  The staff was very helpful, the food and drinks were great, and the rooms were comfortable. Even housekeeping was very pleasant. I booked a room through Expedia and was very pleased with the hotel. The grounds were very pretty also.   The front desk staff was phenomenal. They gave us wonderful suggestions for dinner, and helped us with reservations. As it was our 21st wedding anniversary, we were surprised and delighted to be upgraded to a junior suite at no added cost.   The staff was friendly and great! They happily gave us early check in and late check out, and gave us many free bags of ice for our coolers during our stay. King rooms were very spacious, with couch, desk, chair, and open space large enough for me to rehearse a dance that required a lot of room. Full length mirrors in all rooms. A lot of the clients were living there temporarily while working away from their homes. It was not fancy, but it was clean and comfortable and I felt safe staying there. I never heard dogs barking or saw any animal waste

  We have been there many times. Often for passport wine weekend with several friends but also by ourselves. We enjoy location, town, Aroma across the street and also seeing same folks in staff. When we checked in the young girl at the front desk was very nice and inquired about our trip and was all around polite. When we got to our room it was a little small for our taste and were promptly offerd jr suite which has more room. They have a noon check out which gave us time to eat breakfast amd get ready without rushing.
