  Staff was very friendly. We showed up mid-afternoon before check in time and our room wasn't ready. We were hungry coming from SFO, and when asking about places to go, reception said they'd be happy to have the kitchen serve us on the outside patio or in the restaurant. The room was very clean spacious comfortable. We had a very lovely dinner at the hotel restaurant. Excellent meal, great staff!

  Pool area was great. Room was clean and nice. Loved the bed comforter. It was very convenient to Calistoga, where we had to go for an event. I would stay here again. - Manager and staff were super helpful. She went out of her way to try to find some open wineries on Thanksgiving day for me. Very nice.

  We first of all loved the cleanliness, the staff was very welcoming, the computers and the laundry were very helpful, the overall trip was just great, we were very comfortable. - Everything was new. Staff was friendly. Nice decor. Loved the indoor hot tube. Easy access to 101. Close to Downtown and local eateries.

  The staff was very helpful, the food and drinks were great, and the rooms were comfortable. Even housekeeping was very pleasant. I booked a room through Expedia and was very pleased with the hotel. The grounds were very pretty also.   The front desk staff was phenomenal. They gave us wonderful suggestions for dinner, and helped us with reservations. As it was our 21st wedding anniversary, we were surprised and delighted to be upgraded to a junior suite at no added cost.
