  Staff was very friendly. We showed up mid-afternoon before check in time and our room wasn't ready. We were hungry coming from SFO, and when asking about places to go, reception said they'd be happy to have the kitchen serve us on the outside patio or in the restaurant.   I was able to save some money on eating out being we had a small kitchen included. My husband is in Santa Rosa working and have not been able to cook for him for months. He was able to leave work early and come back to have breakfast. Very close to the freeway, tons of shopping in the area. Would stay here again.   We first of all loved the cleanliness, the staff was very welcoming, the computers and the laundry were very helpful, the overall trip was just great, we were very comfortable. - Everything was new. Staff was friendly. Nice decor. Loved the indoor hot tube. Easy access to 101. Close to Downtown and local eateries.

A lot of the clients were living there temporarily while working away from their homes. It was not fancy, but it was clean and comfortable and I felt safe staying there. I never heard dogs barking or saw any animal waste

  We have been there many times. Often for passport wine weekend with several friends but also by ourselves. We enjoy location, town, Aroma across the street and also seeing same folks in staff. Ok things change! Management different. Still family owned. But room lackluster; needs towels, paint, HVAC attention. When we checked in the young girl at the front desk was very nice and inquired about our trip and was all around polite. When we got to our room it was a little small for our taste and were promptly offerd jr suite which has more room. They have a noon check out which gave us time to eat breakfast amd get ready without rushing.
