  Bra standard, utmärkt geografiskt läge - The whole experience, the staff where very warm, welcoming and helpfull. - Staff were very friendly and very helpful.In a great area very accessible to the rest of new york but quieter in the evenings.Some excellent bars and restaurants in the area.

  Staff was courteous, helpful and very welcoming. Room was very clean and spacious enough. Location is ideal: metro is at corner of the street, 7 minutes walk from 5th and 6th street and about 15 minutes walk from Times square. - LOVED the upgrade to the rooms.   I stayed in the King Terrace Suite, and it was FABULOUS. The room was beautifully decorated, the view from the large terrace was AMAZING, and the room was so cozy and spacious. The staff at the front desk (my check-in attendant was Robert) was very friendly and professional, and made me feel very welcome.   Staff greeted guests and were able to distinguish guests from people coming to the onsite club. I was able to leave a laptop in the room without it being disturbed. The hotel was just a short walk to the subway line L. - We really felt looked after and we got a free upgrade as it was our wedding anniversary. The bed is incredibly comfortable.
