Very comfortable, elegant hotel in the heart of SoHo, brilliant for shopping and eating out. This hotel is almost so perfect, so it becomes in fact boring. How is that five star hotels still can't understand to threat guest as individuals? When you have answered the same standard questions if everything is great a hundreds times from every staff in just a four day short visit, it becomes less funny. Different individuals are intresting, perfect robotized hotels are not.

From the moment we entered the kimberly hotel in new york we were greeted with smiles from the receptionist. Our plane arrived in early so we knew check in was at around 3 o clock. So we were prepared to drop our bags and head off to check out the sights but to our surprise the room was ready for us when we got there which was fantastic. Really from there on the staff were great they even sent me up a birthday cake for my birthday:-)
The hotel was beautiful the bed was amazing so cosy and soft.

I thought the hotel was excellent. I have visited New York many times on business but this time I was travelling with my wife and teenage children who had not visited New York before. The hotel rooms were excellent and were clean, comfortable and looked just like the hotel photos. We were upgraded from a family room to a suite and it was excellent

The staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful. The concierge is very well informed, and knowledgeable with all kinds of restaurants; from raw vegan to the top steakhouses in the city. The house car is a plus. The location is perfect; a walking distance to anything you could think of!

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, the room was very comfortable and clean. The closet was large and well lit. We loved the spacious room, the decoration of the room, the hotel, the
general design and clever use which was made of he space. Our room was
terrific and are grateful for the upgrade. We saw the Chrysler Building
from our bed ... very cool. The staff were adorable and extremely
helpful. And the old-timer car service was coolest of all ! The
proximity to the subway (one stop only from Grand Central !) and from
the ferry to dumbo and Wall Street make this a very good alternative to

This was my second stay at The Bowery and I still love it. You really feel like you are in NY not the tourist version of NY that you see on TV (if that makes sense). Iove how close hotel is to my daughters apt and many great restaurants. I loved the view out my window of buildings and empire state bldg. I just love the Bowery. This is our place from now on!!! Will bring my husband in Oct. love your employees. Very genuine. Fun to see a celebrity now and then but most of all how they can be just people like the rest of us while relaxing and not having attention brought to them.

The staff were ALL extremely helpful and friendly. The room was large and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was very large and extremely nice. The shower was amazing and had great water pressure. The bed was deliciously comfortable. Even though our room overlooked Madison Avenue, it was very quiet. In short, it was wonderful!!

I really can't say enough good things about the Nomad. We absolutely loved our stay there - the staff is wonderful, everyone wants to help you any way that they can. The rooms are beautiful, and the bath products will make it so you never want to use anything else to wash your body. We could only book at the Nomad for a few days and had to stay the rest of our time at the Soho Grand. We REALLY wanted to go back to the Nomad. If we can afford it, we'll definitely be back!
