  We stayed at Four Points for 4 nights, once we landed in Newark Airport we caught the bus to Port Authority Bus Terminal (Newark Airport Express Bus), the price was $28 each return, or $16 each way. The Four Points hotel is located right next to the bus station (the bus stops on 42nd St – but at the back of the bus station is 40th St where the hot... vad folk säger » el is), the bus pickup point back to the airport is on 41st St. Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in, but they let us leave all our cases and bags - The staff was amazing especially Kathia and Mohammed. Kathia was the young lady that checked us in and she was very helpful as well as kind and considerate. Mohammed was one of the gentlemen in the lobby. He stored our luggage so we could go ahead and go site-seeing while we waited on our room. When the room was ready Kathia was very quick to finish the paperwork and get us checked in. Instead of waiting for our luggage, Mohammed told us to go on up to the room and he would bring it up for us.

  Size of room was good compared to NY rooms. Staff were extremely helpful. Very clean and location is excellent whilst quiet at night. The hotel is exactly as it is described and we were not disappointed.

  Hotellet år bra beläget, nära till parken samt tunnelbana. Allt fungerade bra på hotellet samt trevlig personal - Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra läge med nära till fik, affärer och gångavstånd till central park samt city.

  Self-contained unit, safe secure entry, spacious with modern kitchen facilities. Plastic bowls and plates cutlery etc..but I guess it saves washing and breakage. Good clothes storage facilities. Neighbourhood is quite ethnic..but safe as we walked back fro the subway late at night and went shopping to try to buy food to cook..which was impossible ... vad folk säger » unless you have ethnic/Asian tastes. Most of the European restaurants are at the other end of Brooklyn near the bridge. Though there is a McDonalds ab - We were really impressed with the hotel. Surprisingly nice for such a great price. It isn't in manhattan but it is a 10 min walk between 2 metro stations and fast to get to everywhere. The area itself was multi cultural which means great food! Also, there were some really great cafes and bars in walking distance (we loved sycamore - which is a flower shop with a bar in the back, milk and honey - which has great breakfast, and there is even a coffee shop at newkirk plaza station that had Toby's
