The bed and the shower was excellent. Breakfas - Excellent location. Great to have breakfast included in the price-cereal/pancakes/toast/fruit/bacon/eggs/waffles. Would definitely stay again. Beds very very comfortable. Stayed for 5 nights including Saturday. Was very quiet every night except saturday it was busier in the restaurants underneath and a little noisy. We slept through it but if you area a light sleeper ask for a room at the back. The view of the street is lovely though so we kept our street-facibg room and the other nights wer

They were especially good with bathroom facilities for those with accessibility issues.   The staff was excellent from beginning to the end of our stay.   Location was great! Its a very historical building and its been updated. On the first night, there was banging like someone was using a hammer at 9pm and I called the front desk and it stopped! I stayed there in 2007 before renovations and thought it was great then...so make your reservations in c - The hotel is in a good location. Staff members are nice, however, I would not say that they were excellent. We actually did not have any particular problem with them, so let's say they are OK. The services of the hotel are pretty good, including the every day newspaper, the information booklet in the room (which was extremely helpful) and the free wifi. Those who usually use the mini bar should be aware that there was no such thing in the room (we do not have any issue with this).

  Stayed four nights with my two grown up sons in a two bedroom suite. An ideal option that gave us all our own space without needing to have completely separate rooms. We didn't have the best of views but we coped with that! All staff were very attentive and made us feel very special. Quite an expensive hotel but not a lot more expensive than other hotels - think - Unfortunately we arrived just after the bombs had gone off, the staff were on hand immediately to help and reassure us, they were extremely kind and upgraded us to a suite. Maureen booked us in for dinner at a local Restaurant and even sent us over her favourite cocktail while we were having dinner. Room was very comfortable and clean, location was good - will be back!!
