  For the first time I have experienced that the room was just as nice and big as the pictures on the booking page showed. Do upgrade to a junior suite with a cityview, It gave us a cornerroom with a 150 degree wiew abling us to se the whole of the winter sunrise while getting up in the morning. Wow!   The Copley Square Hotel is exactly worth the price....a beautiful, cozy, private and great place to stay in Boston.The top floor room, the Xhale restaurant, staff, location--great for shopping, museum, grocery store--who doesn't like to buy their personal snacks, even though the hotel does offer, for a price, night time snacks--tours trolley nearb... vad folk säger » y and close to a green area for doggie walk. I stayed there in 2007 before renovations and thought it was great then...so make your reservations in c - The hotel is in a good location. Staff members are nice, however, I would not say that they were excellent. We actually did not have any particular problem with them, so let's say they are OK. The services of the hotel are pretty good, including the every day newspaper, the information booklet in the room (which was extremely helpful) and the free wifi. Those who usually use the mini bar should be aware that there was no such thing in the room (we do not have any issue with this).

  Location was great! Its a very historical building and its been updated. On the first night, there was banging like someone was using a hammer at 9pm and I called the front desk and it stopped! Also, the door man was such a delight...helped get our car, load the car, offered help with directions, even gave our son some small toys! - This hotel ... vad folk säger » was right in the middle of things in Boston. As a first time tourist to the city, I really appreciated being able to leave my hotel and walk to nearly everything historic in the city center. I would definitely recommend this to anyone else!

  The night receptionist was particularly helpful both the evening before and early the following morning when we had to leave. The internet facility was excellent - usually a problem when travelling.   The staff was excellent from beginning to the end of our stay.   Hotel 140 was a great place to stay for me. I was traveling alone and it was located just a block from the train station. The front desk was great to help me in directions of the city. Very friendly staff. Also after I left and was at the train station having a hard time figuring out which way to go, a young man asked if he could help.
