Excellent location. Great to have breakfast included in the price-cereal/pancakes/toast/fruit/bacon/eggs/waffles. Would definitely stay again. Beds very very comfortable. Stayed for 5 nights including Saturday. Was very quiet every night except saturday it was busier in the restaurants underneath and a little noisy. They were especially good with bathroom facilities for those with accessibility issues. Location was great! Its a very historical building and its been updated. On the first night, there was banging like someone was using a hammer at 9pm and I called the front desk and it stopped! Also, the door man was such a delight...helped get our car, load the car, offered help with directions, even gave our son some small toys! -

Unfortunately we arrived just after the bombs had gone off, the staff were on hand immediately to help and reassure us, they were extremely kind and upgraded us to a suite. Maureen booked us in for dinner at a local Restaurant and even sent us over her favourite cocktail while we were having dinner. Room was very comfortable and clean, location was good - will be back!!

Very helpfull and careful staff (Personaly thanks to gay working in reception 1st of June, 2008). - It was in a good area within easy reach of all the things we wanted to do with rapid access to the T.line and cabs. The area was also quiet, plenty of places in different price ranges to eat plus good shopping malls for those interested.

It was great value for the money. We had a room on the top floor with a huge balcony looking out over the city. The room was clean and comfortable with a private bath. There was a microwave and cupboards with dishes. Very convenient. The guest house itself was beautiful, and the staff were very friendly. We were able to park our car right behind the guest house in the public alleyway. It is also near to a subway stop.
