Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was visiting my girlfriend and
they were able to arrange a bouquet of flowers for me. Also the airport
taxi service (15 Euro) is excellent and they arranged taxis for me when

I was well impressed with location (very central but quiet) of this hotel. Also, staff was very polite and helpful with bar open 24 hours which was helpful with Client meeting. The standards of this hotel about 4-star European hotel chain (Marriot, Hilton|). I will definitely recommend this hotel for someone to stay on short business trip.

Extremely friendly staff. Girls on the front desk spoke English and it was no problem checking in at midnight. The concierge was very helpful and spoke a number of languages.

Svetlana who works at reception desk was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was wonderful but even if there is something wrong you should see Svetlana's smile and forget all faults :)) I also liked the boy who brought my breakfast to my room, he is very nice guy and decent.. I was really satisfied to stay this hotel.. The price was good. If the hotel is closer to city center it wouldn't be this price.. Thank you for your kindly hospitality..

The service and attitude of staff was excellent. Breakfast, for me, was a particular high point being a British style buffet.
