  Very helpful staff, excellent restaurant with very reasonable prices. New bathroom/WC, nice little balcony with lovely view of the lake. Free wi-fi in rooms. And all that for the super price of approx. 20 Euro (breakfast and parking included)!!! - Good hotel… for little money I had the cheapest room. Old Soviet hotel but clean.   Excellent stuff. They were so friendly and so kind really. I would like to thank them again. The location of the hotel is really nice. It is in the center and walking distance to center. I really liked the location. The room was clean.   Hotel is situated in a residential district away from the city centre and anything of interest to see, however it suited my purpose. Staff are helpful, friendly and flexible, accommodation is modern and clean and attached Armenian restaurant is excellent. A great value proposition if you happen to be in Kharkiv.
