Great 5 room BandB. Great breakfast, friendly owners, nice, spacious room with a new confortable bed. Easy 10-15 minute walk from the railway station. Quiet and surburban. Warm and friendly welcome. The breakfast was great too, there was no problem regarding providing a veggie breakfast and a pre-packed breakfast as I had to leave early one morning.very friendly and helpful.Really enjoyed our stay. It was a pleasant 20 minute walk through the Rountree park (by day) or road (at night) to York city. Parking permit provided and freedom to come and go as we pleased. The room was ensuite, comfortable and spotless, with T.V. and coffee tray. The breakfast was well cooked and presented, with as much toast, coffee, juice as we wanted. Good value for money.It was intimate and very cosy. The location was very good and Iris couldn't have been more helpful. friendlyness of staff.
