The room was lovely and clean and despite its small size, had
everything you needed-TV, dvd player, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner,coffee-
making facilities. The bed was super comfortable and the room was
kept clean throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious-we had both
the "breakfast in bed" and cooked breakfast options and
really enjoyed ours

Leigh, the owner, was fabulous she was very accommodating, beautiful
accommodation. Fab location, within walking distance of two towns. She
covered all the bases re local information and was fab value for money.
We didn't fancy full English so continental breakfast served to our
room was a lovely treat and included in room price, lovely touch. We
will be visiting again.

A beautiful hotel in a great location. A warm and friendly atmosphere. Very helpful hosts. Lovely rooms, and a fantastic view from the coniston room which we stayed in. Especially on easter sunday morning, with the snow. A gorgeous breakfast, and dining room. Everything about this hotel was fantastic, would definetly return back, and reccomend. - W

Staying at Beech House has totally restored my faith there are guest houses that go beyond anything a hotel can offer.
Maureen was so friendly, warm and inviting we just did not want to leave.
The room was cleaned daily, the breakfast cooked to perfection and early check-in was not at all a problem. We loved having the menu card to choose breakfas

It's the best place I have stayed ever. Very kind and thoughtful staff. We brought our 1.5 years old for a leisure weekend. When we arrived the room, toys and a trolley have been prepared for her. The breakfast was wonderful. My wife and my daughter were really happy during the stay. Best place ever!

The owners and staff were very welcoming and ensured that we had a veryenjoyable stay. In fact we had such a lovely break we extended our stayby an extra day! It was really nice to relax in the pool after a long day walking and enjoying the activities and beautiful scenery of the lakes. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and I also found that the recommendations of places to eat and sites to see were superb. I would definately stay again and strongly encourage others to do so. An all round excellent hotel which is perfect for a stay in the beautiful surrounding area.

Worth every penny - a fantastic small hotel
It snowed heavily during our stay and the staff even cleared the snow from our car - We stayed in the Bowness suite and it was beautiful, we could not fault a thing at this place, will return soon

The lovely welcome and really super accommodation. Loved the owners and would have liked to stay longer. Easy to get to all places we wanted to visit and also had parking on the side of the property. Wonderful breakfasts. Enjoyed the TV and had our own key to come and go as we liked. -
