We were upgraded to a luxury suite because our original room smelt dampdue to a large wet patch on the floor....this was dealt with politelyand efficiently and seemed unknown to the reception staff but thecleaning staff must have been aware. The staff were so welcoming both onarrival and dealing with the above. I would recommend this hotel and tryo

Excellent restaurant and very competent staff. Breakfast after Valentine Day, most guests arrived for breakfast within last 30 minutes and staff couldn't cope but kept their 'cool' and managed very well. Few guests had long faces but they need to get some sense, restaurant had been open since 0700 but very few had arrived on time. - Set in amazing

we stayed the night of halloween and the bar was nicely decorated which pleased my 4 year old. room was okay... but as my partner pointed out we stayed here as a family of 4 for £59 - it was a bargain. the neon lights kept me awake but the bed was comfy and the kids slept well on the sofa bed. continental breakfast was excellent, very impressed wi
