  I booked for this place as a last minute overnight stay, en route to Bovington tank museum. I'm very familiar with this area so finding it was easy. It's in a very good location to travel to and from anyway . The welcome was warm and friendly, the room was perfect in every way(décor, comfort and cleanliness ) and the breakfast was first rate. I strongly recommend this establishment and fully intend t - We had a great stay and cannot thank Anita and Brian enough. We were made to feel very welcome and the accommodation was faultless. Anita arranged a booking for dinner at a local restaurant on our 1st night and also booked a taxi on our behalf. Breakfast was perfect during our stay and nothing was too much trouble. Anita and Brian had time to chat and we learnt some of the local history from them both. This was our 1st visit to Holmebridge House and would definitely book again.

  The staff were very nice, and we enjoyed the food. The breakfast was good, and we had a tasty pub dinner (fish&chips, burgers) of excellent quality as well. The location is very central in Wareham, and you´re a short drive away from places like Corfe Castle and Lulworth / The Jurassic Coast. We got a parking spot in front of the hotel, which w... vad folk säger » orked fine - you just have to know it´s there, and that you can unhook the chains to drive in. We had the family room at the top floor, which was OK, - Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room, and the bathroom, were spotless. Toiletries were great, and the tea tray featured pretty bone china cups and plenty of refreshments. The first night of my stay, the temperature dropped below freezing and the room, being on the corner of a very old building, was a little cold, but there was a spare blanket in the room ready. Able to eat dinner in the restaurant attached and food was good.
