We were extremely impressed with the room in which we stayed. Our 19 month old daughter was given a lovely cot to sleep in, our sheets were always turned down by the time we got back at night and mints on our pillows-you cant get better than that! ... vad folk säger » tc. Best place we have ever stayed!!! - We arrived tired after driving from Oxford, and our room was not ready. However the reception staff were marvellously kind and welcoming and gave us a complimentary tray of tea in the lounge. When it became clear that there would be a further delay, we were switched to another room immediately. I am full of praise for the reception staff.

I loved the opulent atmosphere and high quality attention to detail especially in the restaurant. I loved the gardens , the swimming pool the friendliness and exceptional efficiency of the porters who in my experience went out of the way to take care of my comfort and sleep !!
