This is the best B & B I have stayed at. Having looked around I preferred it to the local hotels. The owners go out of their way to make your stay a pleasure. My 5 night stay was 5 star. My room was spotless and the bed was the most comfortable I have EVER slept in. The marine has the most wonderful setting with a superb view across thurso shore to scrabster harbour, Holborn head, Orkneys and dunned head. Thanks Karen & Richie for your helpfulness and the lovely breakfasts, my great start to perfect days. I will be visiting you again.

I have stayed previously and know to expect very dated basic but clean lodge accommodation. The breakfast is excellent and taken in the main hotel dining room. Free wifi in main hotel. Very helpful staff. Good bar and food. Good parking. -
