Very polite, friendly and helpful family run guest house. Free wifi and availability to pay for off road parking very helpful. It was quiet. Excellent location for anybody needing Twickenham Stadium. Easy to get to Richmond and to Waterloo. -

don't know the area at all but it was very quiet at night and the
room more than adequate for the price - wish I had seen this before I

The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel was very well situated to the town and Station (5 min walk). It had it's own car park. We never used our car during our stay.The Hotel was clean and the room was cosy. Perfect for Hampton Court Palace couldn't have been closer. The staff were very friendly and the food was very good. - We had a fantastic time the food was excellent and the staff were really attentive. I would highly recommend.

The people that worked there were really friendly and knew the local area well enough to suggest good places to eat - The room was clean, and the food taste well. The staff is very polite, happy and they like children. Its a very personal and nice place to stay at. We can recomend you a visit at the mad cow in Richmond

Staff were very friendly- quickly booked me a taxi. I asked how far Richmond centre was and not only given a local map but shown where we were. The hotel was about 5 minutes walk away. Very convenient to the tube which was good as I arrived in the dark. Spotlessly clean. I would stay there again. For the continental breakfast there was a good selection of food. Thanks to all concerned.
