  From the moment we arrived we were given a warm, cheerful and friendly welcome. Our room was extremely comfortable and well presented, and was equally well presented every eve - it was our second stay we like the tastefully decorated rooms which are very clean and have good facilities such as Wi-Fi flat screen tv and good quality coffee. the staff are friendly and efficient. The restaurant food is excellent and breakfast menu provides a good variety. I particularly liked the eggs benedict. The inglenook fire place in the bar gives a cosy feel on chilly winter days.

  Very Friendly helpful. felt very welcome. Bed comfortable clean room with TV kettle etc allessentials. I liked the selection of fresh fruit instead of usual boring biscuists.there was a good room service menu which I did not use but when I went to the bar they were very helpful about making me a meal. tho technically closed.   Spent three nights in the Great Malvern Hotel. As others have said don't be put off by the look of the building.Staff are very friendly and helpfull. Rooms are of a good size and being redecorated at this time. Food is excellent all you can eat for breakfast. The bar gets lively most nights with entertainment good selection of real ales. The food was first class and breakfast was cooked to order. The Hotel is in the centre of Malvern, has a friendly bar a snug and a very comfortable lounge. Car parking is limited but first come first served. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

  The staff are very friendly and helpful, happily supplementing room supplies with fresh milk for tea etc when requested. Spectacular views from the rooms and the restaurant, and my 12 year old son loved the cooked breakfast. The hotel is also very quiet. - A non chain family run hotel with friendly helpful staff. Food was excellent in terms of quality and quantity and the cellar was comprehensive. The rooms were spacious, clean and the bedding fresh (sounds and obvious comment to make but I have come across some horrors in London). Location was beautiful and the parking ample. The best hotel I have stayed in for a long time.

  Minimum hassle. Nice quiet, off road location and a lot of space for parking. and not too for from Worcester. - Everybody was so friendly and helpful and it seemed that nothing was too much trouble.

  We were totally surprised with our room (or rather suite) with four poster bed and complete lounge suite. The room was comfortable and very quiet. We ate in Jasons Carvery and were astonished by the very generous proportions. Then enjoying 'Lite bites' in the lounge, found the generrous proportions again. Having said this, the bathroom was tired and would enjoy refurbishment. - It is very quirky- we stayed in the soon to be renovated part. What a shame, this is vintage 70s and should be separately preserved. We were first offered a modernized room in the "chateau", but while very nice, this was quite generic like all other hotel rooms now seem to be. We had drinks in the grounds, very Downton Abbey. Staff efficient and friendly, breakfast ample.
