  We were totally surprised with our room (or rather suite) with four poster bed and complete lounge suite. The room was comfortable and very quiet. We ate in Jasons Carvery and were astonished by the very generous proportions. Then enjoying 'Lite bites' in the lounge, found the generrous proportions again. Having said this, the bathroom was tired and would enjoy refurbishment. - It is very quirky- we stayed in the soon to be renovated part. What a shame, this is vintage 70s and should be separately preserved. We were first offered a modernized room in the "chateau", but while very nice, this was quite generic like all other hotel rooms now seem to be. We had drinks in the grounds, very Downton Abbey. Staff efficient and friendly, breakfast ample.

  Before we even arrived Steph and Tony were looking to our needs to make this a really enjoyable stay, with special care taken to give us the sort of bedding we prefer. Their helpfulness seemed to know no bounds, even to arranging an emergency appointment with a local dentist. The area is beautiful. As well as an excellent breakfast each morning, evening meals of goo - Beautiful views and very private. Extremely clean and comfortable, modern, safe and quiet. All mod con's, even an iron and ironing board. So thoughtful of owners to leave bread, milk, juice, cookies, tea, coffee & hot chocolate, very much appreciated after a long journey with children. Lovely toiletries and towels too! Really enjoyed our stay and if in the area again would definitely stay here. Owners are a delight to deal with!

  We stay at two or three B & B’s every year and this is the best one we have ever stayed at. The rooms were clean and decorated in a way that it felt like a home from home. You had free range of the kitchen if you wanted to prepare your own food as well having the option of using the living rooms to relax in after a long tiring day out explor... vad folk säger » ing the area. The rooms were light and with plenty of room. One room is available if you wish to bring your dog which is always nice. As soon as we - We stayed in the self-contained flat which was outstanding value for a family of four. My two sons (aged 8 and 10) loved the space and freedom of the flat and the gardens. My husband and I did not have to worry about them waking up early and disturbing other guests or even dressing for breakfast! Having our own kitchen meant that we were able to cook a simple late supper without dragging the children out to find a restaurant. All in all, a real home from home.

  My friend and I stayed overnight in the ground floor apartment. Great location and very peaceful. Plenty of parking spaces. The apartment was spotless. The lounge/kitchen/dining area was spacious. Two bedrooms - a double bedroom with an en-suite toilet and basin and a single bedroom. Separate bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. The heating w... vad folk säger » asn't on when we arrived but a quick call to the owner soon rectified this - we just needed to turn the thermostat up! We thought the apartment was ex - Really great space and everything we needed for our weekend stay with our two year old. Brilliant location for centre of Malvern and the hill walks. We had no trouble with the heating, condition or cleanliness as stated in other reviews as it was warm, clean and well maintained. Made our family trip relaxed and really enjoyable as it felt like a home from home.
