  Pretty much everything. Abbots Grange has a great atmosphere - everything was so perfectly done and rhymes beautifully - there is absolutely nothing kitsch (which is a trap that people can easily fall into with older properties). You simply feel like you're staying in someone's house (and what a house!), being free to come and go as you please. ... vad folk säger » We only wish we could have stayed longer. We just hope we can organise a visit in the Winter and experience sitting in front of the fire! - This B&B is an historic building in the heart of Broadway. The rooms are tastefully done, welcoming and cozy. Bathroom was clean and everything worked! The WiFi was very good. Food was superb. Lots of nice touches like afternoon tea, sherry in the evening, friendly staff and hosts. It is as wonderful in person as it is in the pictures.

  The management team of the hotel must be commended for setting such a high standard in all aspects of the hotel's functions.   The hotel was absolutely 1st class! It was modern, well set up, professionally run. The facilities too were excellent and the staff were very courteous and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel, and my wife and I will certainly be going back soon. - Everything was great food, spa, staff loverly

  We booked in at around 7.30 on Thursday evening and the Receptionist, Sue, could not have made us more welcome or gone to any more trouble to make certain everything was right for our stay. I have not come across better customer care for some time and have just returned from a holiday in America where customer care is always excellent. Thanks Sue - Very friendly staff upon arrival, room is just as expected which is ideal at the end of travelling. My daughted loved the nice deep bath!! The breakfast at the attached Brewers Fayre is fantastic value for money! Would definitely recommend a stay.

  We stayed here with our 17 month old daughter as we were going to a wedding just down the road. There was plenty of space in the room to put up a travel cot (we brought our own) at the other end so we could watch TV after she'd gone to bed.   I like the lady in the reception who checked us in earlier than their usual. She noticed that I called in for this request a week earlier and she was so gracious and lovely with it. Always smiling and conversant. It was relaxing and our 7 years old son had a blast even for his freebie breakfast. he was over the moon for that. Thank you again. - very friendly and helpful staff. My TV decided not to work after about half an hour - when I reported it to reception, they immediately offered me an alternative room, very quickly and efficiently done. The room was quiet and appropriately heated. All facilities were good and a good powerfull shower! Plenty of choice for the continental breakfast - again the staff were friendly and efficient.
