I stayed in the hottest part of 2013 and my room in the attic was very hot and with the windows open very noisy. However, the hotel had done their best and I had an excellent electric fan and there were even ear plugs available. We stopped as a halfway point to Bath. We were fortunate enough to have
a disabled parking space, otherwise parking would have been a lottery.
We were there for Sunday only and looking at the area, this was the
quietist day to be there as it is surrounded by clubs and pubs. The
staff were helpful and polite and the breakfast was basic but adequate

The staff there were really friendly and helpful. Especially the female staff who looks like Taylor Swift her name is Jade. Shes really very nice. The other girl name H.. I forgot her name but shes also very friendly. They made me feel like im a family in the hotel and I really appreciate it. Sincerely thanks them so much.

Really friendly staff. Rooms clean comfy and well equipped. Supermarket and restaurant nearby made life when travelling with children easier. Good location for reasonably short car trips to Bath, Bradford on Avon lots of lovely Cotswold villages etc. even Stone Henge only about 30 mins away. -
