  Everything about this hotel was excellent,and I have never seen so muchfood for breakfast,the staff were great.i would def recomend thishotel,infact I have booked again for 2 weeks time and this time bringingthe kids 10/10 - The location is ideal as it is close to other services,shopping ,eating out and the movies.   The reception staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Service in Carrie's Bar was very good too as was my meal. I had very prompt attention to "fix" the television in my room. - Very comfortable with nice public areas. Rooms big and warm with good bathrooms. Staff attentive and efficient. Couldn't fault it.

  Spa was lovely and treatments were very good The shower in the room was the best I have ever been in. Nice breakfast. Very nice spacious rooms. - I loved the fact that there were cherries and prosecco waiting for us as it was our wedding night! The staff were very friendly!

  The staff were all very friendly and attentive, the meal in the restaurant was excellent and the hotel throughout is furnished to a high standard. The bedroom was very well furnished, spaceous, with a large comfortable bed. Very nicely decorated bathroom. The hotel is in a beautiful village which is lovely to walk around. Unfortunately the best one can say about most hotels is that service was indifferent.. The Old Bell set the standard. They could not have done it better. Obviously thought and a lot of hard work to achieve what they have. The restauraunt was outstanding as well. We are normally a tough bunch to please!

  From the moment we arrived at the hotel nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean comfortable and quiet, the facilites excellent.   The whole experience was very good, we used your Hotel as a stop halfway to Cornwall for a weeks holiday and liked it so much that we decided to stop with you on our return. - The hotel was really quiet when we stayed, we even had the leisure centre/gym to ourselves!   The hotel was in a fantastic location, it was really quiet. The room we had was excellent and the owner Paul showed us around the other rooms before we left. We will definitely be returning for a weekend. They also helped us organise a taxi for the wedding we were going to.
