  Everything, it was ecxellent esp view from my room. The staff where very friendly and helpful with everything we required. - The hotel staff were extremely helpful. One member of the reception staff in particular (male - did not catch his name) was very helpful and very welcoming.

  Lugnt och tyst - Excellent conditions, nice and quiet, great rooms - not very spacey butone has to keep in mind it's Europe and the hotel is the formerresidence of a former British Lord! Great location: close to Victoriasubway and also within walking distance from both tourist attractions(ex. Buckingham Palace and Westminster) and stylish shopping ... vad folk säger » area(Brompton and Kensington). Very friendly and obliging staff. - A truely excellent hotel (luxury townhouse style) that deserves its five star rating. It is a very central yet quiet hotel with loads of charme and friendly, helpful staff. There might be no sauna but our room was furnished with lots of taste and the marble bathroom might have been small but it was always squeakingly clean. We enjoyed our stay there a lot and can recommend it.

  Ett fantastiskt hotell. Mycket trevlig personal och service inriktad personal. Vid ankomst fick vi ett insides rum trotts att vi önskat ett utsides, det var inget problem att byta trotts att vi bokat till ett betydligt lägre pris än det ordinarie. Ett tips är att boka ett rum med utsikt över London Eye. Frukosten var mycket god. Mycket centralt bel... vad folk säger » äget, ett par min från Embankments t-bane station. - The Thistle Royal Horseguards was excellent value for money. It was extremely central to everything in London. All the main attractions are just a few minutes walk away. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent. Very impressed and would highly recommend to others. - Loved everything. Room was lovely, bed very comfy, decor fantastic, two nice recliner chairs (nice touch), heated floor in bathroom. Very quiet location. Beautiful building. Breakfast had the most choice I have ever encountered in a hotel.

  We searched long and hard online to find a good, affordable hotel in central London. This one is it (along with the Nadler, a few streets east). Our room was much larger than expected and very modern. Walk out the front door of the hotel and you're staring down Carnaby St. Go a block west and you're on Regent St. A couple blocks north and you... vad folk säger » 're on Oxford St. BTW don't be concerned when you walk up the front steps the first time and wonder "Is this a hotel?"   The staff were excellent, made to feel special as we arrived back to our apartment, there was always a friendly welcome and hello also a 'have a good day' when we left. Our last day the staff were happy to hold Our luggage till we needed. My daughter got sick the day we left and prior to us leaving London we were allowed to stay for an extra 2 hrs... vad folk säger » in the apartment we used for her to rest, which helped her tremendously as we had a long flight back to Australia. Words cant describe how welcome we - The Service was excellent. We received a complimentary upgrade, and the Suite was wonderful. Large, modern, well maintained flat with Living room, Kitchen, separate bathroom and shower, and very spacious bedroom. Complimentary welcome tray, and a complimentary basket of Pastries (I think this is Sundays only) were a really nice touch. They also had two TV's, an iPod/Bluetooth speaker in the living room, and dimmable lights throughout for setting the mood. It is 5 minutes walk from Oxford Circus

  Bra läge i staden samt fin utsikt över themsen - After having experienced many problems in our departure from Rome, we arrived very late and exhausted at the Howard Hotel. We had a marvellous arrival with a complimentary bottle of champagne! Highly recommended! - The service was the finest I have had throughout my travels around the world. Until this short break, I was always under the impression that the British culture would never let us reach the heights of the service achieved in other parts of the world, but now I know different.

  Staf vas very nice and helpfull.Rooms was clean and stylish.All in all a good experience. - Had drinks in the bar and dinner in the hotel. Both were exceptional as was the hotel itself.
