  rena, snygga, tysta rum - The hotel staff was really friendly and very helpful. The room - although small - was well furnished and quiet. - The staff were amazing my husband was ill and they were so helpful in making sure our needs were met.

  Närheten till allt. Det rum jag o min vän låg i var fräscht o stort (har hört att vissa rum är rätt små). Stördes inte alls av trafik el andra gäster. Generellt tycker jag att det var värt att bo där o kan mycket väl tänka mig att bo där igen. - Vi bodde i ett nyreonoverat rum och det var riktigt fräscht. Vet dock att inte alla rum höll samma stand... vad folk säger » ard.

  Location was excellent - a short walk from Paddington. Room decor was a high standard with air con and power shower - Good location, near Hyde park, underground station 10 min walk away. Clean room, staff is ok.

  Its a good value hotel, fairly basic, but better than many other budget hotels. Clean, air conditioning, a lift (lots of hotels without these last two!), and close to the central line and circle line. - proximity to Hyde Park and having one bed apartment with excellent bathroom and shower and kitchenette

  trevlig personal - stones throw from the palace - truly in the heart of london. the rooms, the staff, the dining - everything was absolutely perfect. they have a sister hotel that is literally down the street, it is more expensive and a perhaps a little more grand - but everything is 'modernized' with a blackandwhite motif ... and that hotel uses ... vad folk säger » the restaurants at the rubens for their special packages. - From the moment we arrived at the Hotel to the minute that we left, we were treated like the most important people in the establishment. All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. The room service was impressive and the food the best I've ever tasted in a hotel.

  Great hotel! it's a lot of years that i go to London and i never see a hotel like this! All very clearness, up to the britain standard. We can enter in our rooms with magnetic cards key, it is very useful. The rooms are fantastic, all in mahogany wood with a large lcd tv on the wall. We had a remote control and a keyboard plugged to the tv and than... vad folk säger » ks to that we could use internet for 2 £ daily. - Hotel was excellent. Modern rooms, small but well designed and comfortable. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant cafe was first class. Rooms well stocked with necessities and towels etc replaced frequently. Great location, shop to one side, small cheaper cafe to the other. 1 minute walk from Paddington tube station where there is an express tube to Heathrow!

The sofa converted into an extra bed for my father, who was travelling with us; even in this configuration, there was plenty of space in which to move around.
