  This hotel is a real find and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bristol. The location is excellent and the hotel has a real buzz. We particularly enjoy the bar area which is great for morning coffee, afternoon tea or a drink before dinner. Food is always a highlight of our stay. - This is oneof my 2 favorite hotels in the uk.   It was very welcoming, Warm and inviting. Staff were friendly and answered my queries. There was also a bath. It is quite rare to have baths in hotels room now so this was lovely to have after such a long drive there. - spacious room and en suite, pleasant surroundings

  These brand new apartments are located within walking distance to the city centre and the train stations,they are very well equipped with modern furniture and appliances. I also asked to check in earlier than the usual time and I was punctually met by Daniel who showed me the apartment and made sure that everything was working fine before leaving.... vad folk säger » The apartments are extremely quiet and reserved and you don't have even to worry to check out on your departure. Excellent customer service overall. I - good location close to centre clean and modern easy check in/out process and helpful staff car park facility excellent little touches like having dish washer tablets, washing up liquid, toilet rolls, soap and shampoo, such a small thing but so welcome on arrival, keep it up.

  I booked this apartment as my daughter had a heart operation at Bristol Children's hospital which was in walking distance. The apartment was spotless and offered some comfort for me to escape from the hospital for an hour or so. On arriving in Bristol we had terrible trouble parking so I rang the apartment to ask if there was any chance I could ch... vad folk säger » eck in and park earlier than the agreed time. The lady I spoke to was amazing even though she couldn't get us in straight away she did ring back withi - The staff were very helpful when we requested an extra bed and also extended our stay by 2 days. The apartment had everything we require for a family of 4, comfortable beds, good showers, lovely toiletries, washing machine, iron, leather couches. It was very secure and Tesco's was literally around the corner. The bus station is very close by and Cabot Circus mall is in walking distance.

  very quiet place to stay - not far at all to Cabot shopping centre and the restaurants (and other places of interest)! Easy to just park the car in Cabot Circus and leave it for the weekend without the worry of parking tickets etc... Lots of thought has gone into the apartment - every utensil possible in the kitchen and good quality oven - fridge... vad folk säger » etc.... Very comfy bed too - thank you! - Wonderfully appointed apartment. The no parking was a non issue as you can park locally free overnight and as you are out during the day seeing the surrounding countryside paying is not really an issue. The management team were very helpful when arrived and had not received the email with instructions to enter the Apartment.

  This is a truly remarkable flat. It is incredibly spacious, almost embarrassingly luxurious and fantastically comfortable. Every thought and care has been taken to ensure that, once you arrive, you have everything you might possibly need, in this beautiful and quiet environment.   I chose a serviced let for a change to staying in a hotel. The accommodation was comfortable and everything you needed was available. It was clean and spacious just as in the photos, I could cook a meal when I wanted and most important what I wanted. It was good to have free wi-fi too and secure, gated parking. The location was good for getting out of Bristol to visit other places, eg we went to Cardiff and Bath.

  I had booked a single room, but got a surprise upgrade to a beautiful suite! Very big comfy bed and lovely seating area with big, quirky furniture. Staff were very welcoming and pleasant and food at dinner was excellent. Breakfast was very good too, with lovely fresh ingredients and a hot baked croissant. No hesitation in booking again.Lovely - thankyou. - The grounds and lodge itself are stunning. We upgraded to the Phrygia Suite and it boasts the largest bathroom in the lodge, with a standalone lion-foot bath, double walk-in shower and a balcony from which you can see the River Severn Estuary! We ate a la carte in the restaurant and the food was excellent, as was the service throughout. If you want to be spoilt and can splash out a bit you definitely want to come here!

  Very friendly welcome by Ashley/David - arrangements for access were excellent. Location/access to Bristol City Centre and also to water boat taxi very good. SS Great Britain - just a few minutes away from Harbourside Apartment. Free Museum of great interest at M Shed - just walking distance of apartment. Very compact kitchen equipment if needed. - Good location very close to ss Brittannia exhibition. Very close to riverside attractions. All in walking distance. Room was spotless and to a good 4* standard suite. We had a small problem that was immediately resolved by the management without any fuss or bother - a definite plus point!
