  Easy check in, very friendly and helpful receptionist. only stayed one night and arrived a little late due to getting lost in Bristol city centre. Receptionist arranged for the hotel bus to pick us up from hotel and take us to, bungalow restaurant, who she rang to say we were on our way to eat. Although the restaurant is a little way from the hote... vad folk säger » l, the hotel bus takes you there and also brings you back. I believe this service will also take you to the airport. The room was clean and comfortabl - Decided at the last minute to stay at the Forge before early morning flight. Staff very friendly and efficient, accommodation small but very comfortable, as well as tea and coffee also included cereals in room for breakfast and mini fridge with milk! Taken by mini bus to their own pub free of charge and collected, all staff extremely cheerful and helpful. Would definitely recommend it. Could not be nearer to Bristol airport.

  The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bar and food are available 24-7 (unlike many hotels I have stayed in). The location is excellent and I had a nice view of the river Avon. The room was excellent: really spacious and clean with tea and coffee making facilities available. The room was so quiet (I stayed midweek) and it was - Great value and location for this model hotel. Staff were helpful and rooms were very updated and clean. The free internet in the lobby was a great service. The location of this hotel was close to the Temple Mead Station for rail travelers and connects to several bus routes. IT was very quite and again, staff were approachable and helpful. Great place to stay for families, business, or mature couples. Love the hotel.

  It was very convenient in terms of its proximity to the airport. Despite being close to a main road, the rooms have double glazing and we didn't hear any noise whatsoever. The family room was big enough for us and also accommodated a cot, and the bathroom was also large and spacious.   The twin bedded room was of a very high standard with lots of room. There was a packed breakfast and as we had an early flight we were able to take this with us to eat on the plane and it was very enjoyable.   The owners/hosts are very helpful and lovely to deal with. The room was fine. I stayed at hotel for one night because I had a very early flight the next morning from Bristol airport, which I'm pleased I did (coming from Cardiff meant it would have been a very very early start otherwise). Just as extra info, I caught a cab from the airport, and ple... vad folk säger » ased I did (despite the 10 pound charge each way) as it seemed quite a walk to me, mostly without footpaths, from the airport to the hotel (only 5 min - Excellent location for airport. Cosy, well presented room. Friendly check in even on late evening arrival. Liked the separate accommodation in garden, felt like we really had our own place. Cheap, cheerful and everything needed for a quick night before airport, which is within walking distance, literally 5 mins away.

  To start off I would say that you cant find a better location, a better sized and CLEAN room in this price, barring you plan and book atleast 2 months in advance. The rooms are very spacy considering the average size of rooms in the UK, are cozy, the bathroom is large with all the ame - Totally love this hotel. Located in a peaceful street. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. My father left his phone in the room after we checked out and only realised about it when we arrived at the Bristol airport. I called the receptionist and she quickly run upstairs to the room and search for the phone. She kept the phone safe for us until my friend claimed it on behalf of us.
