The food was good & value for money, the room was excellent with the shower taking top billing from both of us. All the staff were attentive to your needs & requests, nothing was to much trouble for them. Overall it was a vey good week end, I will have no problem recommending the Bowes Incline to my friends -

I loved everything about the guest house.
The place smells lovely, beautifully designed, the room was tidy and clean, the towels smell nice and clean. The breakfast was beautiful, the proprietor was very helpful and friendly.
Good location, easy access to shops, beach, train and bus station.
Overall i give the hotel 10/10. Perfect pace. -

It was very good for what we needed, which was a good rest, with pleasant local restaurants for evening meals.. We were there during the exceptionally bad weather the last weekend but one in March, and the fact that it was pretty isolated down a deep narrow lane gave rise to concerns ( unfounded as it turned out) that there was the possibility of

The location was an absolute delight with fantastic views. The accommodation was far beyond my expectations and was 5* quality, and totally luxurious. Breakfast in the farmhouse dining room was to a very high standard. I would have no reservations about recommending Riding Farm to every one

Absolutely fantastic!! Will definitely be returning. Booked up with 3 other friends for a girls weekend and could not fault this hotel at all. Spacious, week appointed, spotless apartments. Great to have the kitchen facilities. Appreciated the option of Grab & Go Breakfast, included in price - pastries, fruit, juice cartons, coffee machine.
Reception staff were friendly and professional. They made the extra effort to offer additional info, maps etc.
Location, just a few minutes walk behind the train station, but away from the noise of the centre.

there was not anything we did not like. we thouroughly enjoyed our stay,it was in good location and the owner made us feel very warm and welcomed,therefore in the near future we would like to visit again and we recommend this to both our friends and family and also anyone else wishing to visit whitley bay. - the coast was lovely

Staff were very friendly, couldnt ask for any better, always very polite and well mannered. Was not noisy at all. Heating was always on so was nice and warm. Had Tv with built in DVD player. Room was cleaned daily and presentation was very good of towels and complimentary washing aids. All in all was one of the best B & B's we have stayed in. We will definitely be staying at the Seabreeze on our next trip to South Shields :)
