  The reception staff were local people and were very helpful and courteous. the breakfast was also very good and was included in the room price. - cleanliness! it was my first time in a holiday inn and i will definately be using them again, staff were very friendly and helpfull

  The location of the hotel was convenient to where I had to be the next day for a conference. I loved the site - by the river with wonderful views (especially at night), The hotel building was lovely - very attractive/welcoming exterior, wonderful interior design - very different and homely at the same time. My room on the 7th floor was wonderful - beautifully and thoughtfully furnishe - Every hotel has it's own personality but share a common set of standards and values... all very high.   We had travelled to Newcastle to visit some friends last minute and hotel selection was limited. I noticed Hotel Indigo had good ratings and reviews and decided to take a look, it looked amazing if not a little above my budget. Very nice t - Hotel was amazing from checking in to booking out. Interior design was 5* in our opinion. Modern contemporary and extremely comfortable. Bedrooms were fabulous, from decor to complimentary refreshments, bathrobes right down tho the Aveda products in the bathrooms. Cocktails are a definite must, as is food, especially breakfasts which we enjoyed in bed. Last but definitely not least ....   I was given a free up grade as it was my wedding night. The room I wasgiven was fantastic. My new wife and I were more than pleased with theway we were treat.   This is our second trip staying at the Staybridge suites.The staff and the service they provide is truly excellent. They just cannot do enough in making sure your stay is enjoyable. Nothing is too much trouble for any staff member from receptionists to the cleaning staff to the staff providing breakfast. All are lovely people! Great stay once again, - Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect and I wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was friendly and helpful. The suite comes fully equipped and was extremely up to date. I can't imagine wanting for anything. We were even able to do our laundry for free. We had a view of all the beautiful bridges from our sixth floor suite. Also, great location, the quay is just two blocks away and very romantic to walk and dine there.

We were there bank holiday weekend so it was a busy hotel which gave it more atmosphere for a young group of friends was good fun! Parking; you are able to park on the main road outside the hotel after 6:30pm there are 2 car parks for parking prior to this but we che - We booked our room on 26 March for 2 nights 10 / 11 April through letsbookhotel.com. Despite a misunderstanding between letsbookhotel.com and the hotel which we only discovered on the morning of 10 April, our booking was honored and confirmed prior to arrival. Our B&B package was great value for money and we had a lovely view over the Tyne into the bargain! We would gladly recommend this hotel & package to friends & family. Great service, good food & immaculate accommodation.

Excellent location right next to Tyne bridge. Everything you need shopping, dining, entertainment within walking distance! We enjoyed our stay there.
