  The fact that my partner and i did not make it for breakfast after a rather late night an although check out time was stated at 10am, the staff left us till 12 ish ( much appreciated ) - Nice clean rooms, look as if they have recently been re decorated.

  All the rooms weren't the same which was really good mad it more individual. The pool was a nice extra and allowed you to relax. The bar/lounge area was very nicely laid out and there were board games you could play in a group.Staff were very polite,helpful & friendly. Reception staff always willing to help. Room was very comfortable and spotless. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a varied choice for all palates and dietary requirements. Lounge area with open coal fire was very relaxing. Spa facilities were excellent with friendly helpful staff.

  As I have stayed at this hotel before, although some time ago, staff instantly recognised me, called me by name and were helpful, enthusiastic and efficient. Stirling Management Centre location in the grounds of the university is picturesque with great views and I saw deer in the morning. The biggest asset of the hotel is it's staff in particular the reception staff who are the first point of contact and have to deal - Staff were nice and friendly. I arrived extremely tired. When I asked about dinner, the options were explained to me and then the receptionist said I could have dinner in my room if I preferred, which sounded great. Food was good quality, if a little small in portion size and quite expensive. I also took part in an all day conference the next day. The food was very tasty then too. Breakfast buffet was particularly good. Thank you

  Mycket fräsht hotell, stort rum och trevlig personal. - Hotellet var mycket centralt beläget, vilket i och för sig inte är svårt kriterie att uppnå i en stad som Stirling som är väldigt liten. Jag upplevde det också som att ljudisoleringen var mycket bra, den ena natten pågick en bröllopsfest i närheten av vårat rum, men detta störde inte vår natts... vad folk säger » ömn. Men framförallt var det servicen och bemötandet av peronalen som gjorde vistelsen prisvärd.

  The friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble for any one of them.Even my dogs were welcome. Excellent choice of meals and very wellpresented.   What is not to like ? The staff make you so welcome as soon as you walk through the door Meals are to my taste, beds are comfortable everything worked. Staff participated in the surprise and we had a lovely evening/night at the hotel. The hotel is very old however, I was pleasantly surprised how clean everything was.   Although only staying for one night all staff were courteous and very friendly. Room was spotless and bed so comfortable. Breakfast was excellent too. - Staff here extremely helpful and courteous. Service was prompt. Rooms were spotless and the beds and pillows comfortable.
