I arrived at 1.30 in the morning and was a little anxious trying to find the entrance but when I entered the hotel my anxiety diminished and I fell into the lovely bed encased in soft linens; such a restful atmosphere. gratitude to katie who was exceptional pleasant & consumately
professional, also being attentive throughout. We shall undoubtedly be

The accommodation was spacious ,very comfortable bed and bathroom new. Wonderful shower .Staff exceptionally helpful and pleasant. Breakfast excellent plenty of choice. We arrived evening 8.30 ish after a long drive, your staff were very helpful and pleasant, they advised where we could eat as the restuarant would be closed by the time we had settled in, our room was very comfortable and clean, breakfast was easy, and the dining room fabulous, with it's chandeliers.
Well placed to visit the Gormley statues.

Friendly, efficient, polite staff. Arrived after a long drive with young baby to a smiling face & cheery receptionist made all the difference. My 2 year old loved chatting away to everyone. Facilities were excellent & spotlessly clean as was our room which had plenty room even with an extra bed in. Breakfast was also delicious & bar & meals were not over priced for once in a hotel however equally as delicious! Already planning our next visit!

The location was excellent. Immediately opposite Lime Street Railway
Station, and just around corner from Bus Station and shopping just a few

The staff throughout were friendly and very helpful, particularly our
room maid and Kathy in the restaurant at breakfast. Good selection in
the restaurant for breakfast, and dinner was superb.

I had an excellent stay at Snooze, which is conveniently located close to downtown (about 10 minutes by bus) and to a number of interesting up and coming neighbourhoods with good eating options. There are a number of major bus routes that run along Picton Rd, so it's easy to get around to many places. The hotel is clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. If you like to exercise, the Liverpool Aquatics Centre is just around the corner and the pool is beautiful.
