  Everything, the very, very nice and polite staff. - Staff were excellent, food was lovely in the bar. Room was spotless and bed was really confortable.

  Beautiful hotel with a lovely view of the hillside, quiet location yet close to the city centre. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful. Dinner was good although not a vast choice over the two nights. We will stay again. - Everything.   The rooms were nice and warm and very clean the room had a safe which was useful to keep and valuables room service was very prompt. A bus stop right in front of the hotel straight to town and to the airport number 12 26 and 31 all take you to Victoria street day pass costs £2.50 - The quality of accom was excellent and the price was just perfect f... vad folk säger » or us. Well done for not putting up your prices on rugby weekends as many of the hotels in Edinburgh....unfortunately we cant get booked in again for the England game.

  Room was well thought out and warm, the bed was comfortable, the tv was on the table, so easy to watch and no neck strain, where the tv is wall mounted. Is not far from city centre and plenty of buses and shops.   Greeted at the door by staff member who took us to a very nice room with a large bathroom. We were asked if we would like a full Scottish breakfast (we had paid for a continental but were told we could choose). The Flat Screen TV is Free-view and with great reception. I must add, however, that there were problems.Like getting locked out at night, and first night we arrived, we onlygot a bedroom because another guest had changed rooms, and still had keyto the first room. Second night, locked out again, but managed to wakethe owner, it was just after midnight, but front door locked, and nostaff around.2 Other guests also locked out
