I stayed in the attic room, which was very quaint and had a ton of character, I absolutely loved the room. The location of this hotel is perfect for relaxing or hiking, it is located right near the water with amazing views. The new owners were friendly and trying hard to make all the guests happy; this included 'a wee dram' of whisky on arrival and a bottle of sparkly when our table for dinner was not ready on time. Very approachable staff; fabulous environs, warm, clean and romantic buildings and gardens. Loved the sense of history; staying in Flora McDonald's house.

Staff were excellent, room was superb (however, admittedly we were upgraded from the outside studio so not sure what the cheaper studio room was like - if this room was anything to go by though probably excellent) - Excellent dinner and breakfast. Comfortable room and pleasant staff.

The inn is right opposite the working port. I found the view from my room lovely and the stevedores calling, the boats and ships and the fog that rolled in very atmospheric. The welcome we received from Sarah was a credit to both her and The Ferry Inn-thank you.
The room was excellent and most comfortable.
The location was ideal for our touring purpose.
Popeye's was great for our Bar snack in the evening, where it was lovely to chat to the locals, and The Upper Deck was lovely for breakfast the next morning.

This place was perfect! The beds were delightfully soft, the pillows
fluffy, the bathroom sunny and roomy. The breakfast was delicious. The
garden was wonderful and the path to the beach couldn't be better.
The staff were excellent as well, the lady there gave us a tip to go to
the Nairn Caeligh the evening we stayed there. We ended up winning a
bottle of sherry and were out danced by 80 year old women. This hotel
was a splurge for us and I wish we could have spent our entire trip
there, it was

My friend and I commented on how clean the toilet and shower was,beds were nice and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.Anne was very helpful in telling us where to go so what more would you wish for.If ever we go up that way again we would definitely stay there again. Prices are also good,why pay more when you can get what you need here.T

We stayed at Willowbank for three nights. Our hosts Anne and Chris were very nice. The breakfast was excellent and Anne made sure we get exactly what we asked for. They gave us adequate information about the things we could do around Grantown which was very helpful. Its definitely a nice place to stay.
