Trevlig personal, utmärkt frukost och urmärkt fitnesscenter - The hotel was perfect. Clean, comfortable and with a great staff. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Wonderful hotel. Highly recommend it. - kids just loved the leisure club, couldn't keep them out of the water and the jacuzzi and steam bath were an added luxury.

The inn is right opposite the working port. I found the view from my room lovely and the stevedores calling, the boats and ships and the fog that rolled in very atmospheric. The room was excellent and most comfortable.
The location was ideal for our touring purpose.
Popeye's was great for our Bar snack in the evening, where it was lovely to chat to the locals, and The Upper Deck was lovely for breakfast the next morning.

Location and room quality. Staff did all they could for rectify any problems. We were upgraded to the best rooms before arrival.Log fire. Did not have to pay for 2 poor meals and scotch for the ladies and a chance to talk the problems over with the manager were much appreciated. I hope they are able to improve the food offer. -

Modern clean rooms with excellent shower room, especially liked the shower gel supplied in wall dispenser gorgeous smell, the hand soap dispenser was the same, we stayed in room 9.
The hotel in general had a nice cosy feel to it.
Excellent staff, extremely helpful, cheery friendly and efficient, I travel a fair bit and these were the best I had encountered in quite a while.
The breakfast was lovely, yet again served by friendly cheery efficient staff.

This was a stop-over point for us .. the view over the loch is simply lovely .. peaceful.. every changing.. The restaurant was good ..
We had inadvertently NOT made clear that we wished a double room .. and we had initially been allocated a twin room .. we were lucky that a double room was available .. and we were reallocated to this one .. (Thank you !) we will make sure we don't miss putting that in the comments when it is not clear, next time. Great on site carparking.

We stayed at Willowbank for three nights. Our hosts Anne and Chris were very nice. The breakfast was excellent and Anne made sure we get exactly what we asked for. With new ownership and after hard work from the new management, this hotel feels like new. The staff are really interested in their guests' comfort. The location is superb. -
Lovely spacious room,great bathroon. Evening meal and breakfast were good,parking,wifi, tea and coffee tray. Beautiful view from our window, would recommend the hotel.
