  apartment was fantastic, new, good layout, good facilities and amenities. location was ok - a good 20 min walk to the heart of the shopping district and royal mile and quite a walk to a supermarket. Great to have a balcony.Parking a small hassle as none on site and you park up the road. Ok when you are settled but for arriving/departing/ unpacking... vad folk säger » bags from car etc a bit inconvenient. - Brillian!!! Didnt have much dealings with staff but when we did theywere great. Had a problem with the bioler and was fixed almost straightaway - perfect!!! Great value for money. Apartment wa stunning andeverything about it screamed luxury. We were there for a Friday andSaturday night -got a knock on the dopor on the Saturday to see if wewanted it cleaned!!! Wow!!!

  The staff went out of their way to be helpful when we had a problem with my baby grandson who was ill whilst we were staying at the apartment. There was always staff available even on a Sunday which was unexpected. Also great having some provisions in apartment for when we first arrived. - Convenient location, downtown but still quiet, clean and... vad folk säger » comfortable, loved the view of the canal, great value for money, easy to visit Edinburgh sights, returned forgotten luggage, THANKS! and enjoyed mystery upgrade.

  Lovely room, beautiful decor. Great meals. Very convienent location to shops and attractions. Helpful and friendly staff. Internet access. Lovely park opposite hotel. - Very helpful and friendly staff, particularly at reception. Excellent parking arrangements. Wonderful view from bedroom.

  STAFF WERE SO HELPFULL ADVISING WHERE TO GO WITH CHILDREN AGED 6 AND 13 THEY REALLY ENJOYED DYNAMIC EARTH ALSO ABLE TO GET IN EARLY AS STAFF HAD JUST FINISHED CLEANING, BUT HAD BEEN ADVISED WE COULD LEAVE BAGS IF ARRIVING EARLY THIS WAS VERY HELPFULL BECAUSE WE TRAVELLED BY TRAIN. Everything was in walking distance, but good local transport for the less energetic. Easy to find. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a problem one evening when we had no hot water, but within five minutes staff were on site and water was restored.

  The location is fantastic, just 100 meters from Haymarket station and also easily accesible from the airport. Besides, the main attractions are also located within walking distance. No sweat! The room and its facilites were good enough: great enough, featuring coffee machine and free wifi as well. Needless to say, the room was clean. Breakfast was... vad folk säger » also great. Definitely I would come back to this hotel, while travelling to Edinburgh again. Thumbs up! - The attention of the staff to make sure you were settled in. The staff had put on the heating in the room in advance so it was lovely and warm. I was leaving before breakfast started and they had laid out cereal and toast making facilities to use. They have spent a lot of money on new carpets and upgrading bathrooms to make them clean and very fresh. Very strong and secure wi-fi Puts a lot of the big brands to shame
