  the room was fantastic, the bathroom was top to bottom in marble, pure luxury and that was a basic double - friendly atmosphere. Room was fantastic and had a great time as it was sort of our honeymoon.

  For the price what was on offer was excellent, amazing value. The room, whilst basic in design and decor, was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the shower was superb. The staff were fantastic, very polite and courteous. A great example of this is that we mentioned to the girl on reception (Spanish girl - think called ... vad folk säger » Elena?) on the Saturday morning after the first night of our 2 night stay, that we needed our air con checked to ensure that it was working ok as we h - Staff on reception at check in were the most amazing I've ever come into contact with! I stay in hotels 44 weeks a year all over the country from budget to luxury and I was treated so well here I won't hesitate to return and recommend this hotel. The staff could not do enough for me despite booking .com not informing them I had even booked!   The hotel is well located being just off the M4. Being well glazed, you do not hear any traffic noise. The room was quite spacious and the shower was amazing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was good with an early option from 6 to 11am which was good as it got really busy from around 8.30am.   The receptionists were really nice and the receptionist who was there in the evening when we arrived (in the evening, 11/10/2013) was very-very nice and helpful. I want to thank her for that. Location was very very easy to find, breakfast was fulfilling, rooms clean and quiet. - The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.   Excellent hotel - rooms lovely - we booked a ine night stay as my husband had a business appt in the area which meant I could also play golf. We booked a golf break as included golf and dinner - well worth it. Spa good. Golf course very nice - staff very helpful and friendly - unfortunately weather not kind but still had - The location was lovely with a great view. Room great. Breakfast fantastic. Spa very relaxing and friendly. The management in the Hotel did do all they could to sort out our issues once we highlighted them. They did allow us to stay in the spa for the rest of the day of checkout and seemed to have tried to make sure the staff on reception told clients about the early close of the spa we just got the wrong member of staff that didn't know! The spa was our main feature of why we chose Bryn meadow

  Had a good weekend away.. very comfortable surroundings and Joy and John and Jack were very welcoming and accomodating. Already returning in December with a group of friends. - Welcome by the owners on arrival. The atmosphere of the cottage and surroundings. Furnishings and absolute cleanliness. Good choice of menu right next door!!.

  Gina, the receptionist on duty Friday evening, 5 April 2013, was phenominal. She should be highly commended for her excellent representation of the Premier Inn. My daughter lost her handbag, and Gina spent hours attempting to locate someone within the train systems that could locate it. For that alone, I would return to the Premier Inn and highly recommend it to other travelers. Whatever G - We have stayed at this Premier Inn before and are pleased that it has maintained it's standards. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. A good nights sleep, the beds are so comfortable! The Brewer Fayre Pub next door provided excellent food for meals and breakfast. We would definitely come again and recommend you to our friends.Thank you.

  Friendly welcome, not often nowadays do you get shown to your room. Excellent food; breakfasts and dinners. Room capacious and well maintained. A useful touch are the separate reading lights - too many hotels these days are quite gloomy in the rooms. Location is very good in attractive,and on our visit, snow covered countryside.
