  The location was excellent. Easily accessible by public transport on the bus and tube lines. The room I got was able to accommodate 8 persons. Breakfast was simple of bread and croissants. - Location Being able to relax with thanks to private bathroom, TV and comfortable bed.

  The room was really clean. The staff were really helpful and gave a great breakfast service with a lot to choose from. It was also in walking distance from the Hammersmith Apollo which was a bonus. - Very welcoming and helpful. Great value. Near to tube. Nice surrounding area with nice bars and restaurants.   The staff were incredibly helpful, totally professional and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was great. We are recommending the hotel to all our colleagues - The Breakfast waiter was extremely polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Also, both receptionists were very professional in their approach.

  The staff were very welcoming & the room was clean & very comfortable. I really liked the fact that there were proper ceramic cups to have tea or coffee with in the rooms, as so many hotels only provide paper ones & importantly for me, there were 8 little milk cartons, as opposed to the usual 1 per person. The biscuits to have, with yo... vad folk säger » ur beverage, was a lovely touch, also. The breakfast was lovely & was served very quickly, which really suited me,as I had to get a train. The sta - We liked that we could have a family room with five beds which saved us having to book 2 rooms in other hotels. The staff were accomodating and friendly. The breakfast was good and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We also liked that they looked after our luggage when we checked out so we could enjoy another day in London without having to take our suitcases with us. Overall excellent value for money, ideally situated for Paddington station, around the corner there is a tour bus stop,

  The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about how to get to and from the place on public transportation. The kitchen was adorable and very cozy, and had a variety of foods for breakfast.   Som ett Bed and breakfast ska vara. Supertrevlig personal som gjorde allt för att vi skulle få en trevlig vistelse! Rena och välkomnande rum. Bra läge med gångavstånd till Londons shoppinggator. Smidigt med egen nyckel till huset, så man kan komma och gå hur som helst utan att störa någon. Bra förbindelser. Bus stop was very near, too. It was very peaceful and quiet. The dog and cat were very cute. Felt like home. - The location is perfect. Close to 3 underground stations and to Oxford Street. It has a familiar atmosphere and the people running the hotel are very nice, helpful and friendly. It is safe and the location is safe surroundings. It is very clean, beds very comfortable, and rooms are very spacious. Good value for money. Breakfast is good. Has wifi everywhere.
