  Location is outstanding, on a very quiet street of all small hotels with a park the length of the street. Very close to Paddington. Good pubs and restaurants steps away from hotel. Furniture barely fits in room so we did a little rearranging to make it work for us. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Front desk reception staffed 24 hours; nice not ... vad folk säger » to have to haul our key around-one less thing to keep track of. Window in room opens wide and we were thankful for that during London's heat spell. - The receptionist made us feel at home once we checked in. Very helpful and cheerful, even managed to get us the discounted ticket and beat the queue at London Zoo! And the location was perfect! Short walking distance from Paddington station, in the middle of bus lane, surrounded by lush garden and near to good restaurants. Oxford street is 20 mins away max by bus.

  Location was great. Rick in reception was very helpful, cheerful & friendly. Kitchen staff were very obliging at breakfast which was very nice. The rooms were basic & 'tired' but clean. The beds were very comfy. A no frills hotel. - The staff couldn't do enough, the hotel was clean and the breakfasts were lovely.

  Låg bra till hands med trafiken till och från flyget - This the second time I have stayed at this hotel and once again found the staff very friendly. Room was basically comfortable and very clean.   All very good, ideal for an over night airport stay, allthough I would have been quite happy staying longer. I have stayed in other airport hotels in the area and this was much better than my last hotel!! - I only stayed to sleep after a 24 hour journey and found it clean and tidy with no fuss ,which was what i wanted.

  Comfortable and good size apartment for three, cute and fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, tea and coffee sachets prepared for us. Excellent location, only 5 minutes walk from both Maida Vale and Kilburn Park tube stations. Perfectly clean, nice and refurbed hotel, excellent and kind staff, good facilities.
