  Hotel was nice and clean, both public areas and the room. Room more spacious than most. Good leisure facilities. Enjoyable meals. - Lovely hotel with atmosphere and character. Children loved the pool and the outlook of our room was restful. Impressed with Barcelo chain and took brochure for further stays with the company.

  This luxurious place is amazingly well-run, and the management is clearly detail-oriented and guest-oriented from the moment you arrive and receive a friendly and helpful introduction to the room, with good in-room materials and features (coffee and teamaker).   We found the staff to be extremely friendly and a credit to the hotel.the ambience was brilliant with a nice aspect with a grand view across the Cotswolds carry on the good work - You were not rushed for breakfast or to vacate the room. The views were excellent and the facilities at the hotel were great.

  Self catering apartments were good as usual- some improvements noticeable eg outdoor table and chairs for relaxing on the deck, door wedges provided. All the usual niceties too like plenty of tea and coffee, toiletries, water and fruit in the gym, towels provided in th pool area etc - The high quality of the apartment was superb.   The hotel was offering discounted rooms, which I took advantage of. It's a Hilton and the service was everything I expected, including staff who addressed you by name. - Peace and quiet in great surroundings!!

  Hey, the key pick-up was Cheltenham! I used to live there and had forgotten how nice it was. Old school mammers and full of charm. Apartment was just as described by Suzanne and fully equiped. The only problem was getting the grill to work - never had one before that only works when the door is closed! - Great location and so much more pleasant... vad folk säger » than a traditional hotel with guests arriving and departing at all hours.
