  We stayed in the townhouse which was lovely - very confortable bed / excellent shower with toiletries and robes incl. Breakfast menu varied and eggs benedict was divine. The room was very comfortable - great shower. Stayed in two rooms during our stay and both are very clean and modern. Service and staff are attentive and great breakfast and convenient. Would recommend to anyone staying in Swansea area.

  We were upgraded to the master suite for the same rate we were paying, as there was some confusion over our booking. When we opened the door we were wowed, absolutley fantastic view over Cardiff Bay and the room was very comfortable and quite. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, will be going back and will recommend to friends and family.... vad folk säger » Breakfast was lovely too. The best weekend thanku - The staff were particularly helpful with information for my grand daughter related to 'Doctor Who' . This was the reason for our visit to Cardiff. As a birthday present for a teenager who is mad about the programme. She had a lovely chat to your doormen who seem very knowlegable about the whole subject. The rooms have a wonderful veiw.

  I have just got back from a nights stay at the Towers Hotel and Spa, Swansea Bay and have to comment on how fantastic the leisure facilities are. I found the infinity pool so relaxing, and made full use of the sauna and Jacuzzi! The hotel itself was also excellent, I stayed in a superior suite which was a night of luxury- well worth the money and a... vad folk säger » ll the staff at the hotel made my stay wonderful. - I recently stayed at the Towers Hotel and what a wonderful time myself and my partner had. The staff were excellent and were always willing to go that extra mile-very helpful! It was great to have sky TV in the room +all the sports channels available. Leisure faciltiies were fab- really clean and open till 10pm which was good for a late night swim.Restaurant excellent-great menuand service.

  We booked for our anniversary and we really happy. It's an excellent little hotel/cafebar, with extremely friendly staff.The room (Langland Room) was great and bathroom was fab. The breakfast was continental and excellent, plentyful, hot toast and teacakes were made to order plus as much tea/coffee as required. We had lunch when we arrived which w... vad folk säger » as very good and reasonable. The location was great (on hill in the towncentre) but the parking was great. All in all a fab anniversary treat. - We can only praise the hotel owner and her staff, they were very obliging and made us most welcome. Our bedroom had everything that you could need and very clean, plus on our night we even had a shopping festival on our doorstep. The food was very tasty and cooked for us. The whole bar has a friendly atmosphere with a lot of locals using it.
