We were upgraded to the master suite for the same rate we were paying, as there was some confusion over our booking. When we opened the door we were wowed, absolutley fantastic view over Cardiff Bay and the room was very comfortable and quite. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, will be going back and will recommend to friends and family.

This was the reason for our visit to Cardiff. As a birthday present for a teenager who is mad about the programme. She had a lovely chat to your doormen who seem very knowlegable about the whole subject. The rooms have a wonderful veiw.

I have just got back from a nights stay at the Towers Hotel and Spa, Swansea Bay and have to comment on how fantastic the leisure facilities are. I found the infinity pool so relaxing, and made full use of the sauna and Jacuzzi! We had dinner on one occasion and breakfast on both mornings of our stay at the hotel and all three meals wee superb. - easy to get to , facilities were very good. staff were very helpful as one of the 2 rooms booked did not get to the hotel system. The staff were most obliging, friendly and willing to help. The breakfast was substantial, varied and tasty.

The staff. The General Manager (Gerry) and/or Neil were often present to ensure that the needs of our group of 8 "mature gentlemen" were catered for. All the staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome.
We all enjoyed the breakfast and dinner experiences.
Thanks to the staff for helping to make a great rugby weekend - despite the result of the big match! We'll be back!

I cannot fault this hotel. I stayed with my partner and our dog and the staff made us all feel exceptionally welcome.
