  The customer service we recieved from staff was amazing. From the timewe arrived until the time we left it was none stop, we really hope thatmanagement are aware of how good the staff really are. We had doorsopened for us,top service at dinner and breakfast also we were veryimpressed the concierge, the window of our van was very frosty andbefore we... vad folk säger » knew it he was behind us with frost spray - The Turn Down Service, Spa, The Bath was amazing, The Themal Suite, The Open Fires, Surrounding areas, Everything really. It's such a nice place. The staff are exceptional. By far the best hotel I've stayed in and I've been to some nice hotels in my time!

  reception staff were excellent and very accommodating. the rooms were very clean and had excellent views. great hotel to tour around donegal and fermanagh from. - The receptionist and the rest of the staff were so pleasant. You really felt like they valued your custom
