  Bra läge i fina omgivningar och nära stranden. - 2** rating... not really.. like all the other reviews it was more like an easy 3***. The food was well...... simply excellent, and while i was sitting in the lounge enjoying my point looking through a huge glass window at the sea, the view was stunning.....A perfect relaxing evening to an otherwis... vad folk säger » e busy day....3*** ... yes.... 3*** service at 2** prices.. well pleased..... Thank you.! - we have been there twice before. the owners are friendly and we were remembered which was nice.breakfast was excellent,choices were given. the bedrooms are very comfortable. the hotel is right by Gyllingvase Beach with an excellent view of the sea.would go again.

  We were welcomed with a cup of tea and biscuits after a long journey down from London. We loved the 'honour' bar system in the evening. The breakfast was delicious - all home made or local food. Beautiful view across the valley. The room was great - clean and very comfortable. The place was very quiet at night. Sharon and Nigel were two of the ... vad folk säger » nicest people and couldn't do more for us. They run a great place and have an eye for little details that made our stay great (thanks guys!). We woul - Individual service and friendliness of owners, Very welcoming ,comfortable rooms and cosy guest sitting rooms. Breakfast excellent, local produce and home made bread & conserves. Had one evening meal which was delicious, again cooked using local produce .

  If you want a formal 4/5 star environment, don't come to Lower Barn! It is informal, very friendly, eclectic in design and appearance - you could say "quirky" - and that isn't pejorative. Read the description of the place and the rooms, what you read i - When we arived, everybody was so nice. (and the stayed nice all the time!) Our chamber was like a little house and we had a tv with some nice dvd's, so we could watch a movie (or two). The colors in the room were fantastic! Every little thing was designed and it was beautiful. We had dinner at the bed and breakfast. That was amazing! There was also an hot tub. lovely!

  The proprietors Hugo and Pippa are truly wonderful hosts, make you feel very special and Woodlands is quite the best hotel we have stayed in - not posh or snooty but really comfortable and welcoming. Guest are pampered with every facility you could wish for - even including a great selection of Teddys to take to bed! Can't fault and will definitely be returning soon. - Great hosts, very welcoming & helpful. Explained everything well. Breakfast superb, varied choices excellently prepared. Bedroom excellent,well designed interior with both bath and large separate shower. Superb views over countryside to the sea from our room. Pippa was very helpful explaining the local restaurants in Padstow and the surrounding area. We had a great time and sad that it wasn't longer. We look forward to returning soon.

  We found the caravan very clean and lived up to the 5 Stars. The location of it was next to the shop and very close to the swimming pool. A very well run site which was quiet at night with no disruption for other guests. - The accommodation was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the outside pool was great.
