  Hotel was excellent, very comfortable, good staff, nice breakfast. I will use this hotel again when next visiting Falmouth - The owner made us very welcome and will be certain to visit again.

  I was impressed by this hotel. The furnishings had been carefully chosen. The fabric of the hotel and everything in it was in first class order. The breakfast and its presentation were of a very high standard with a very professional person doing the service.   Location was excellent, 2 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes from town. Stunning views of the beach and golf club from balcony rooms. Bed incredibly comfortable. Easy hotel parking too, for £10. Cheaper than parking anywhere else and can leave car parked up for the whole stay as everything in walking distance. Staff lovely and friendly. Bar was lovely for a drink in the evening on the terrace. - The ease of checking in,very friendly,helpful staff, great atmosphere / decor, great meals and great views.We have stayed in six other hotels this week,paying up to 50% more and received inferior service. Carnmarth staff for customer service, character,attitude and delivery10 out of 10. magic!!!!!!!!! When we come back to the uk we will be spending more time @Carnmarth. Love you guys

  The room was clean and fresh and comfortable and spotlessly maintained by housekeeping. ALL the staff were genuine and friendly, but not imposing. The location was absolutely perfect - directly adjacent to Harlyn Bay, you can hear the surf from the patio in the evening, there are several other fab beaches within a short distance from the hotel.
